Broker Registration Process

1. ​Broker agents are required to register clients before or at the first visit to a sales office or model by their buyer.  
2. The Broker Registration form supplied by an Echelon Homes representative must be completed by the Broker and signed by an Echelon Homes representative.
3. Per the agreement the Registration expires after 30 days. The Broker must re-register his clients after the expiration.  
4. Commission is to be paid on the base price of the home to be built.   

           a. Spec homes will payed off of the contract price
           b. Commission to be paid at closing – construction loan or end loan.
