Who needs snow for winter fun in Lyon Township? Not us.

This weekend Echelon Homes enjoyed some time in the Lyon Township community for the second annual Winterfest. It was a bummer that we didn’t have any snow but everyone came out to support the event and enjoyed themselves anyway. There was snow shoe racing that the Echelon Homes team tried (with Rick’s kids helping), children’s activities, fantastic face painting, (the artist was amazing) and a great magic show that many people in the area came out to enjoy. Don’t forget there was also a fantastic chili cook off, yummy.

Thank you Lyon Township community for creating a wonderful events for people to meet their neighbors and have some fun.

COMING SOON, CRYSTAL WOODS OF HOWELL

Yes, you read that correctly, we are growing again soon. Echelon Homes’ will be building new homes in is Crystal Woods subdivision, located just minutes from downtown Howell. This beautiful Livingston County neighborhood has 50 lots available early spring 2013.

With two communities in Commerce, The Hills of Loon Lake and Autumn Forest at Cranberry Lake, as well as our Twin Pines subdivision and The Villas of Crystal Creek, both in Lyon Township, Crystal Woods is the perfect addition to our neighborhoods.

We have five floor plans to choose from ranging from 1500-2800 square feet. Check out our newest plan, The Savannah. We included extra features when we creating this plan from some of our existing home owners feedback.

JOIN ECHELON HOMES AT LYON TOWNSHIP’S WINTERFEST 2013

Looking for something fun to do next weekend? Visit Lyon Township for Winterfest. The team at Echelon Homes, knows this community is a great place to raise a family. Rick Elkow, owner of the home building company, knows this first hand, having grown up right here in New Hudson. What better way to celebrate our community than with a winter party with friends and families on January 19, 2013 from 9:00am-5:30pm?

So bundle the family up and join us. We will be sponsoring the sledding hill and hope you and your family will stop by to say hello. Visit the Lyon Township website for more information or view their flyer for the event.

HERE COMES PHASE II IN OUR TWIN PINES COMMUNITY

Yes, 2012, was a busy year for Echelon Homes’, with our new construction homes in South Lyon and Commerce Township, Michigan. That being said, we only has 5 lots left in Phase I of our Twin Pines community located in the South Lyon area. Guess what that means? Time to move some dirt! This is how we like to start a new year; by adding a new road and building new homes in the years to come. We are gearing up to open Phase II in our Twin Pines community with 24 new homes sites available this spring and will be taking reservations for these homes starting immediately. Think now is not the time to build in Michigan? Think again. Did I also mention we have another community coming? This one is in Livingston County… Happy New Year from Echelon Homes.
