![]() Is Your Home Ready for Michigan Weather? The weather is suppose to be in the low 70’s today, however, it could be in the low 50’s tomorrow or next week. Where do we live? Yup, that’s correct, Michigan and we love it here. Echelon Homes builds new homes in some beautiful communities and we are lucky to enjoy all four seasons in Southeast Michigan. However, sometimes that does occur in one 24 hour period, no really it has… This makes me think about home winterization tips. We all want to do these projects when the weather is nice. As a home builder in Michigan and home owners ourselves, we know how important it is to take care of our homes, stay warm during those cold winter months and save some money while doing so. We wanted to share some easy ideas to prepare your home for those cold days.
That is right. The road in our Twin Pines community is completed and here is what we do with our work day. Don’t you agree that it is time for more home building in Lyon Township. Contact us for details.

We have a system approach to building homes. Our subcontractors are more than that, they are our valued trade partners and we work closely with them to have the best communication possible. Our superintendent, Josh, is an amazing juggler and keeps all of our home construction running smoothly. Robin, our controller, is organized in the billing department and stays on top of all of the paperwork with our title company. Nick and John, our sales managers, well, they are an amazing team, and are here to answer any question you have in during the building of your home. Are we be perfect? No, but one thing about us is that we work diligently to make our customers happy in every one of our communities. Thank you Builder Magazine for reminding Echelon Homes why we are in the home building industry in the first place to build your home right the first time, and to have fun at it Rick would say. Because none of it is worth it if you are not enjoying the ride. Whether you build your new home with us or one of those other guys, make sure the commitment is there to do it right the first. That is why building real curb appeal is just one of the fun things we get to do at our Twin Pines subdivision in Lyon Township. We also get to work with some fun, hard working individuals and hang out in some big sand box toys. We also get to share the fun we have every day with you. Here is what is going on in our South Lyon area subdivision today.
