DEDICATION CEREMONY AND A PLAQUE TO BOOT

We had the dedication of our Made in America/Built in Michigan home located at our Twin Pines community yesterday.  It is hard to believe that less than a year ago we went on the search to build a home with as many American made products as possible.  Now the home is almost complete with new home owners moving in in the next few weeks. ​

​We had a great turn out at the ceremony with many of our valued sub contractors attending, Michael Stoskopf of the BIA of Southeast Michigan, Lyon Township supervisor Lannie Young and Patty Carcone, and Todd and Katie Hallett of TK Designs as well.  If our trade partners had not embraced this project we would have never even made it off the ground, and we thank all of them for that.  Are we name dropping?  Sure, but the pride in all of their involvement is oozing out of our entire team at Echelon Homes.  Applause…

​What have we learned from this project?  It was a challenge finding some of the materials made in Michigan or even made in the US, however, it can be done and with more builders taking the initiative to search it out and heightened customers interest it can be done more and more with pride
