ONLY 6 LOTS LEFT IN TWIN PINES COMMUNITY

Typically in November new home construction starts to see some sign that things are slowing down.  Well not this year!  Echelon Homes has only 6 lots left in the first Phase of our Twin Pines community located in Lyon Township, a South Lyon school community.  

According to the Detroit Free Press “The average home price in Metro Detroit increased 22% from November 2011 to November 2012. The number of homes sold increased by 7%”.  Interested in the article, read it here.

We will be breaking ground on Phase II early 2013 and are looking forward to our  friends of Echelon Homes visiting us at any of our Oakland County.  So, it’s time to bundle up the family and get out in the cold to take advantage of our steady housing market.  What Southeast Michigan community would your dream home be located in?
