ANNOUNCING THE NEW ECHELON HOMES, A DIVISION OF ELKOW HOMES

Elkow Homes is now Echelon Homes.  Why you say?  Well, like everyone else in Southeast Michigan, we have all struggled through the economy over the last few years.  During that time we sat down to determine what kind of home builder we want to be long term.  Hey, we survived the last 7 years, and we wanted to focus on why.

First, together with our entire Echelon Homes team, we changed the look of our available homes.  We added a few new floor plans to our selections and most importantly, we fine tuned how we work with the main focus of our business, you, our valued customers.

Over the last few years Elkow Homes has taken a much more personal approach to the home building process in all of our communities.  We are committed to making the home buying and home building process easier for the customer, treating the buyer like a partner in the process. The results are new homes built with fewer mistakes, timely completion and regular communication points during construction and well after.  We want our new homeowners to find building a new home enjoyable again.

​We are proud of our concentrated efforts in building a stronger relationship with our customers, our partner in building their new home.  The changes we made did not quite feel complete, until now.
