Yes I know, it’s about time, right? Well, Echelon Homes has finally taken the plunge with our YouTube channel, TheEchelonHomes. I guess I shouldn’t say plunge, we are dipping our toes in, and the “water” is great! In case you were not aware of it, I have the luxury of being married to the boss, so some of those husband/wife teams may understand this situation all too well. When it comes to marketing ideas I sometimes have to work a little harder at “selling” Rick on certain ideas than others. So when I started telling him we needed to get on board with “this YouTube thing”, he was not completely sold. So I kept mentioning how helpful it would be to our customers to do some informative videos about the Echelon Homes team and our new home building model. Fast forward to the International Home Builders Show 2013 in Las Vegas. I get a text from “the boss” telling me how important YouTube is for home builders. Better late than never I say, oh and I may have said I told you so… So we then enlisted the help of Matt Trevarthen, Marketing and Video expert, and also an Echelon Homes resident. Guess what? Rick and Nick did an amazing job and the video Matt created is also fantastic and creative. We will be sharing the first videos on YouTube later this week with more to come, yay! Next on the list we will be showing our home owners and future new home owners what makes the Echelon Homes Experience unique by walking you through our home building process with some of our team. We also hope you will come visit our movie star Sales Manager, Nick Bitell, for information regarding our communities in Lyon Township, Commerce Township and the Howell area. New Homes for Sale in MichiganAs of this weekend we now only have 3 available lots left in our Twin Pines community in Lyon Township. Guess what that means? Time to move some dirt to pave the way of 24 new homes for sale in Michigan. When I first visited this community a few years ago my daughter was about 4 and we took pictures of the new subdivision Rick just acquired. She had a great time wondering around the neighborhood because it was pretty empty back then. At the time there were only 5 sets of attached condos in the community, and, wow, look at it today! As of May 2013 we have built or are in the process of building 31 new homes in this Lyon Township community. It has been a busy few years and we could not be prouder of The Echelon Homes team for the successes through the sometimes difficult Michigan economy. Work on the new roads begin on Phase II in June 2013. What are you waiting for? Visit Twin Pines in Lyon Township and find out what makes Echelon Homes unique, our expert sales staff, how we treat every customer as part of our family, and our customer centered approach to home building.
