FIRST TIME HOME BUYERS: MICHIGAN GRANT OFFERS CASH

​Are you buying your first home in Michigan?  Or have you not owned a home in the last 3 years?  Have you heard about the Homebuyer Assistance Grant Program* available?Grants for new home buyers

The Echelon Homes team is proud to announce that we have been approved for this program in all of our communities.  You can receive up to $3,000.00 for non-military home buyers and up to $5,000.00 for active military and veterans.  It is definitely worth looking into.  What is it?

Here are some of the requirements*:

• It is for first time home buyers or someone that has not owned a home in the last 3 years
• It is for non-military and military applicants
• There is no repayment required
• The home must be an owner occupied single family residence
