 So it has been an exciting journey for our Echelon Homes team to build a home made with as many materials from Michigan and the USA as possible. We have to admit it was a bit of a challenge, but it is definitely worth it, The Savannahis almost done. Hopefully with the information we have gained in being a part of this fantastic effort, more home builders will look at utilizing American made products in their new construction homes. If they do this will help to create more jobs in Michigan and throughout the US. In using more American made products this will also drive down the production costs, thus making a Made in America home more enticing for new home builders to build and something new homes owners will seek out. We just want to say a big thank you the Michael Stoskopf and the Building Industry Association of Southeastern Michigan for allowing Echelon Homes and our team to be a part of this great home building experience.
