WE CHANGED THE LOOK OF OUR NEW HOMES

Before Elkow Homes started looking at building new homes in other communities throughout Oakland and Livingston County, we wanted to spice up the look of our available homes for our valued customers.  Our communities include Twin Pines in Lyon Township, The Hills of Loon Lake and Autumn Forest at Cranberry Lake located in Commerce Township.  Not the area you are looking for?  Well, I will get to that later.

We added a few new floor plans to the mix as well.  So to go about doing this we enlisted the help of our friends at T.K. Design and Architectural Images.  They helped us revamp the exterior of our existing available new homes.  We listened to the comments provided by our existing home owners, our potential new home owners and collaborated with the design team above to created our newest floor plan, The Savannah.

We are excited to offer the upper echelon home builder, Elkow Homes.  We will keep you up to date with more announcements regarding other communities we will be growing in shortly.  Rick Elkow, owner of Elkow Homes, has been hard at work locating the best subdivisions to fit our customer needs. If we are not yet in the community you are looking in, we hope to be building in that area soon.
