Your New Home Builder in Commerce, a Busy Week Happy Monday from Echelon Homes and  The Hills of Loon Lake in Commerce Township.  We are busy building  new homes in this fabulous community and the sun is shining so I decided to take a walk and show you around.

Our sub contractor partners were working away getting started on some of the homes sold in this awesome Oakland County community.  With five sites sold this spring it looks like the housing market is in full swing in Metro Detroit.

Walking through this beautiful community, I am so excited to be building  homes here for so many reasons.  For starters, this neighborhood is so pretty and scenic.  You do not realize that this quiet community is actually within 5-10 minutes of I-96 for convenience, it is also a great park directly behind it for exploring and activities with the family and friends.  Did I mention that the park has a bike path that leads directly to Dairy Twist, one of my kids favorite places to visit?

​So the next time you are driving through Commerce or Walled Lake stop by this great subdivision across from Proud Lake and see what Echelon has been up to.  Don’t forget your walking shoes for the path at Gilbert Willis Park, you will be amazed at the beautiful sites you will see there.
