BROKER REGISTRATION AGREEMENT

Thank you for visiting our site and selecting us as the location to bring your clients! It is our pleasure to offer a competitive co-operating program to our Michigan Realtor® friends. We appreciate your trust in us. We are committed to a long and successful relationship with you and your clients. To understand our policies and to help us protect you, please read and complete the registration below the following agreement.

Echelon Homes Will:

Provide Prospect protection for co-operating Brokers who:
1. Provide a fully completed Broker Registration Agreement on or before the Prospects first visit to the sales office.
Provide protection to the co-operating Broker for 30 days. You are welcome to re-register your client(s) with to extend this period.
Recognize only one co-operating Broker per sale.
Pay the co-operating broker who is the procuring cause a 3% commission paid on the base price.
Write the purchase agreement on our company’s contract and present it for ratification (you will receive a copy of the ratified agreement).
